Nihon Chouzai Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3341) entered into an agreement to acquire Yakuei Corporation, Shinei Medical Co., Ltd. and Century of Justice, Ltd on November 18, 2019. Nihon Chouzai Co.,Ltd. shall acquire, 50.2% stake in Yakuei Corporation from Shinei Medical Co., Ltd. and remaining 49.8% from 3 other individuals, 100% stake in Shinei Medical Co., Ltd. from an individual holding 10.1% interest and remaining 89.9% stake is treasury stock, 100% in Century of Justice from an individual. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 25, 2019.
