Nihon M&A Center Inc. decided to provide 30th anniversary commemorative dividend payout of JPY 3 per share (interim payout of JPY 2 and year-end payout of 1 yen) for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. As a result, the Company plans to pay an annual dividend of JPY 18 per share for the year ending March 31, 2022, including an ordinary dividend of JPY 7 per share and commemorative dividend of JPY 2 per share at the end of the second quarter, and an ordinary dividend of JPY 8 per share and a commemorative dividend of JPY 1 per share at the end of the fiscal year, as announced in the consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2021.
