Niigata Kotsu Co. Ltd. (TSE:9017) resolved to sell 253-1 and 280, Shimosugoro, Sanjo City, Niigata for ¥510 million in cash on March 26, 2014. On March 26, 2014, Board of Directors of Niigata Kotsu resolved the transfer. The signing of agreement and property handover will tentatively take place on March 28, 2014.
