NIIT Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 851.75 million compared to INR 931.87 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 1,015.04 million compared to INR 1,056.47 million a year ago. Net income was INR 143.69 million compared to INR 142.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 1.08 compared to INR 1.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 1.06 compared to INR 1.12 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 1.07 compared to INR 1.06 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 1.05 compared to INR 1.04 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 2,291.28 million compared to INR 2,812.02 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 2,760.24 million compared to INR 3,065.85 million a year ago. Net income was INR 271.94 million compared to INR 125.49 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.04 compared to INR 1.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.01 compared to INR 1.13 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 2.02 compared to INR 0.93 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 1.99 compared to INR 0.91 a year ago.
