Haseko Corp. (TSE:1808) agreed to acquire 2-1 and 1-20 Senjuhashido-cho from Nippi Inc. (JASDAQ:7932) for ¥4.2 billion on May 17, 2012. Nippi Inc. plans to sign the transfer agreement on May 31, 2012. Board of Directors of Nippi Inc. resolved the transaction on May 17, 2012. The transaction is expected to close on August 31, 2012. As part of the transaction, extraordinary gain is expected to be generated for Nippi Inc. of ¥1.75 billion.
