Pursuant to that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for year 2022 of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited (the "Company") held on 22nd April 2022 has approved:

1. the issuance and offer of the Warrants to Purchase the Newly Issued Ordinary Shares of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited No. 2 (the "NVD-W2") in an amount of not exceeding 86,287,501 units, to be allocated to the existing shareholders of the Company proportionately to their respective shareholdings (Right Offering), at no cost at the allocation ratio of every 16 existing shares for 1 unit of NVD-W2. The term of NVD-W2 shall be for a period of 1 year from the issuance date and the exercise price shall be at Baht 2.52 per share; and
2. the issuance and offer of the Warrants to Purchase the Newly Issued Ordinary Shares of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited No. 3 (the "NVD-W3") in an amount of not exceeding 86,287,501 units, to be allocated to the existing shareholders of the Company proportionately to their respective shareholdings (Right Offering), at no cost at the allocation ratio of every 16 existing shares for 1 unit of NVD-W3. The term of NVD-W3 shall be for a period of 2 years from the issuance date and the exercise price shall be at Baht 2.64 per share.

In addition, in calculating the entitlement to receive the NVD-W2 and NVD-W3 of each shareholder, any fractions resulting from the calculation based on such allocation ratio set forth shall be rounded down. In this regard, the Company has determined the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the NVD-W2 and NVD-W3 on March 10, 2022.

By this letter, the Company wishes to notify the issuance date and relevant details of NVD-W2 and NVD-W3 as follows:
