Nitori Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9843) entered into share transfer agreement to acquire 8.76025% stake in EDION Corporation (TSE:2730) from LIXIL Corporation (TSE:5938) for ¥10.3 billion on April 27, 2022. As per the transaction, Nitori Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 8,961,000 shares of EDION Corporation. The transaction is expected to complete on May 13, 2022.
