INNO Technology Fund 3, Optimus Investment Fund 2 and Hyeyoung Na signed a contract to acquire 9.07% stake in in NK Mulsan CO., LTD. (KOSE:A009810) for KRW 6.3 billion on September 9, 2019. Each share will be acquired for KRW 830. The consideration will be paid on completion. INNO Technology Fund 3 will acquire 3.6 million shares, Optimus Investment Fund 2 will acquire 3.15 million shares and Hyeyoung Na will acquire 0.83 million shares.
