Nanyang Beifang Xiangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 171,380,470.08 in an equity round of funding on April 24, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor North Industries Group Red Arrow Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000519) to maintain its 100% stake in the company after the transaction. The transaction was approved at the 36th meeting of the 9th directorate of the investor and is also subject to its shareholders’ approval.
The company reported total assets of CNY 302,275,100, total liabilities of CNY 162,207,100, net assets of CNY 140,068,000, revenue of CNY 130,709,400, and net profit of CNY 10,493,800 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
