NOTORE CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES PLC - NOTIFICATION OF EMERGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Notore Chemical Industries Plc ("Notore" or "the Company") hereby notifies the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of its Emergency Board of Directors Meeting scheduled to hold on Thursday, 28th March 2024.

The Board will be considering, amongst other things, the approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2023. On account of the Company's Private Placement Transaction, the Company has been in a Closed Period in accordance with the provisions of Rule 17.18 (a) of the Exchange's Rulebook on Closed Period (as amended). The Closed Period will continue after the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2023 has been filed with the Exchange via its Issuers' Portal and released to the public on 30th March 2024.

The existing Closed Period shall remain until twenty-four (24) hours after the closeout of the ongoing Private Placement Transaction.
