Ntegrator International : Disclosure Of Substantial Shareholder's Interest - Mission Well Limited

Please see attached:

(1) disclosure in respect of Mission Well Limited ('MWL') becoming a substantial shareholder of the Company (the 'First Notification Form'); and

(2) disclosure in respect of change in interest of substantial shareholder - MWL (the 'Second Notification Form').

The First Notification Form and Second Notification Form were emailed by MWL to the Company on 21 and 22 April 2021, respectively. However, as indicated in the Company's announcement on 'Update to the Response to SGX Queries' which was released earlier today, due to technical problem, the emails were not directed to the intended email mailbox.

The above disclosures could not be released under 'Disclosure of Interest/Change in Interest of Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s)' template due to errors in e-Form 3 that cannot capture the dates in Part II of the form.
