Announcement Regarding the Delisting of Our Shares

TOKYO, JAPAN, December 24, 2020 --- NTT DOCOMO, INC. (the "Company") resolved, at the meeting of the board of directors held on November 27, 2020, to approve a share cash-out demand for the Company's stock by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, a special controlling shareholder of the Company. As a result, the Company's stock will meet the delisting criteria of the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. and will be delisted as of December 25, 2020. As of December 29, 2020, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation will acquire all shares of the Company's stock and the Company will become their wholly-owned subsidiary.
