Nuintek Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A012340) announced a private placement of 5,008,347 common shares at a price of KRW 599 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 2,999,999,853 on November 30, 2018. The transaction will include participation from Kisoo Jang. The shares have par value of KRW 500 per share. The transaction is expected to close on December 10, 2018. The shares being issued in the transaction are subject to a lock-up period of one year. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
NUIN TEK CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of electronic capacitors. The Company mainly produces metalized films, which are used as capacitor materials; alternate current (AC) condensers, which are mainly used for motor running, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and industrial equipment, and power electronic condensers, which are used for automobiles, photovoltaic inverters and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
