Nuode Investment Co.,Ltd announced that it has received CNY 2.2882 billion in funding from Shenzhen Bangmin Venture Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Hongyuan New Materials Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Bangmin New Materials Co., Ltd.

On February 23, 2022, Nuode Investment Co.,Ltd. closed the transaction. The company paid CNY 16,571,698.12 as issuance fees and received net proceeds of CNY 2,271,628,301.88 in the transaction. Of the total capital raised, CNY 340,000,000 will go to share capital and CNY 1,931,628,301.88 will go to the capital reserve of the company.
