Nusantara Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold mining company, which is focused on developing and operating gold projects within the Asia Pacific region. The Company is engaged in the gold exploration, evaluation and development focused on the Awak Mas Gold Project in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The Company holds interest in the Awak Mas Gold Project, which is located 45 kilometers by road from the capital of the Luwu Regency, Belopa, on the east coast of South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The nearest Centre is the coastal port city of Palopo, 60 kilometers north along the coast from Belopa. The project is held under a seventh generation Contract of Work (CoW) signed with the Government of Indonesia. The CoW covers an area of 14,390 hectares and is held by the Company's subsidiary PT Masmindo Dwi Area (Masmindo).
