Nuveen Dynamic Municipal Opportunities Fund Stock

Nuveen Dynamic Municipal Opportunities Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Company is to seek total return through income exempt from regular federal income taxes and capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80 percentage of its assets in municipal securities, the interest on which is exempt from regular United States (US) federal income tax. The Company's portfolio will be actively managed to invest across the entire municipal securities market, with the ability to allocate opportunistically and without limit to municipal securities of any credit quality and maturity. Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC is the Company's investment adviser.
