The Cushing®MLP Total Return Fund, Cushing® Energy Income Fund, The Cushing®Renaissance Fund, The Cushing®MLP Infrastructure Master Fund, The Cushing® MLP Infrastructure Fund I and The Cushing® MLP Infrastructure Fund II announced the appointment of Brenda Cline as a new Cushing Funds Trustee, effective Jan. 18, 2017. Ms. Cline is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer for the Kimbell Art Foundation in Fort Worth, Texas.

She brings to the Trustee position over ten years of experience, serving as an Independent Trustee of the American Beacon Funds and an Independent Director for Tyler Technologies Inc. and Range Resources Corporation.
