Ochi Holdings Co.,Ltd. (FKSE:3166) acquired an additional 9.25% stake in Tabio Corporation (TSE:2668) on April 11, 2013. Ochi Holdings acquired 0.63 million shares and increased its holding to 2.48 million shares. The seller sold 0.63 million shares and reduced its holding to 0.2 million shares.

OCHI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in the building material business, life business and processing business. The Company has three business segments. The Building Material segment sells housing related materials purchased from domestic building materials manufacturers, agents and trading companies to domestic building materials and lumber dealers, house manufacturers, general contractors, construction companies and home centers. The Life segment is involved in the purchase and sale of household goods such as heating equipment and others to supermarkets, home centers and drug stores in Hokkaido, Tohoku and Kanto areas.
