Shogo Sakai, Chairman of the Board of Havix Corp., agreed to acquire 8.75% stake in Havix Corp. (JASDAQ:3895) from Odelic Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:6889) on November 12, 2013.

Shogo Sakai will acquire approximately 0.68 million shares of Havix Corp. The deal is expected to complete on November 14, 2013.
