Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. is a semiconductor device company. The Company is engaged in developing high-voltage power switching components and systems based on its proprietary Gallium Nitride (GaN) processing technology. It has developed a processing modification that allows GaN to be processed in a manner that makes high-voltage GaN power switching devices viably manufactured.
