OIL TERMINAL S.A. informs shareholders regarding that, according to the provisions of art. 18 para. 5 of the constitutive act, the company's managers appointed by OGSM Decision no. 7/01.04.2022, gathered within the meeting of 19.04.2022 designated Mr. GHEORGHE Cristian-Florin as Board of Directors' Chairman.

On 19.04.2022 the company submitted to NTRO the documents required for the registration of the elected chairman. On 20.04.2022 by the NTRO portal, the company took note that the registration was postponed for the settlement of request no. 55666/07.04.2022. We mention that file no. 55666/07.04.2022 refers to the registration in NTRO of OGSM Decision no. 7/01.04.2022, by which 5 interim managers were appointed for Oil Terminal S.A. and it is subject to Constanta Court for settlement as a result of the application for action submitted against the registration of this decision.

On 20.04.2022, the company's managers appointed by OGSM Decision no. 7/01.04.2022, gathered within the meeting, established the membership of the advisory comittees running within the Board of Directors, as follows:
