In addition to current Report no. 145/20.04.2022, OIL TERMINAL S.A. informs shareholders regarding that, on 26.04.2022, an application for action against the registration of Mr. Cristian-

Florin GHEORGHE as Board of Directors' Chairman was submitted to the National Trade Register Office, the file is sent to court for settlement.

We mention that the information was taken from the National Trade Register Office's portal.

Furthermore, we mention that, by Resolution no. 10256/21.04.2022, communicated to Oil Terminal on 27.04.2022, NTRO orders the rejection of the application no. 52498/04.04.2022 by which the company requested the registration in the trade register of the particulars regarding the dismissal of the managers appointed by OGSM Decision no. 5/04.04.2022 whose term of office expired on 04.04.2022, due to the fact that application no. 55666/07.04.2022 requesting the registration in NTRO of the manegers appointed by OGSM Decision no. 7/01.04.2022 was not settled, due to an application for action submitted.
