OIL TERMINAL S.A. informs shareholders that on 25.03.2022, the minority shareholder Dumitrescu Andrei Sebastian (holding a number of 778263 shares, namely 0.1336% of the company's share capital on 21.03.2022) submitted in Constanta Court 33 requests for summons regarding OGSM Decision no. 4/21.03.2022, as follows:

- 17 presidential ordinances;

- 16 actions for annulment.
