The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production and distribution of food and beverage, and snacks. The Company operates through two segments: Food and Beverage. The Food segment provides ramen, snacks and frozen foods, and operates Japanese restaurants. The Beverage segment is engaged in the production and distribution of green tea, fruit juice flavored drinks, herbal drinks and drinking water. The Company has subsidiaries, including Oishi Trading Co., Ltd., which is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of food and beverage; Oishi Ramen Co., Ltd., which is engaged in operation of Japanese restaurants; Oishi Delivery Co., Ltd., which is engaged in an e-commerce business, and Oishi International Holdings Limited, which is engaged in the international distribution of beverage.
