(TSE:3182) made a bid to acquire 33.34% stake in Shidax Corporation (TSE:4837) from Unison Capital Partners IV, LPS and Unison Capital Partners IV(F), L.P. managed by Unison Capital, Inc. for ¥9.8 billion on August 29, 2022. Tender offer will be commenced from August 30, 2022, and will close on October 1, 2022. As of October 5, 2022, the tender period has been extended to October 20, 2022.

As of October 7, 2022, the board of Shidax maintains a neutral position to the tender offer and the tender offer has been extended to October 24, 2022.
