OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the appointment of independent director Michael Wyzga to the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Wyzga will chair OncoMed's Audit Committee. Mr. Wyzga is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Radius Health, Inc.
