Simat Technologies Public Company Limited entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire an additional 3% stake in Hinsitsu Co., Ltd from One to One Contacts Public Company Limited for THB 52.5 million.

Simat Technologies Public Company Limited (SET:SIMAT) entered into a letter of intent to acquire an additional 3% stake in Hinsitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd from One to One Contacts Public Company Limited (SET:OTO) for THB 52.5 million on January 10, 2023. Simat Technologies Public Company Limited (SET:SIMAT) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire an additional 3% stake in Hinsitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd from One to One Contacts Public Company Limited (SET:OTO) on January 11, 2023. One to One Contacts Public Company will enter into a transaction selling the shares of HS, in the amount of 6,000,000 shares at a par value of THB 0.50, representing 3% of all shares in HS, at a purchase value of THB 52.5 million.

After the disposition of HS shares, One to One Contacts Public Company will hold 14,000,000 shares in HS, representing 7% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares of HS. One to One Contacts Public Company intends to use the proceeds from the sale of such shares to improve the Company?s liquidity and invest in new businesses of the Company in the future. The company expect the disposition of the investment of the Company to be completed under the terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement within January 31, 2023.
