Operadora de Sites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 2,203.53 million compared to MXN 2,310.47 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 64.33 million compared to MXN 360.83 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.0377 compared to MXN 0.112 a year ago. The Company is principally engaged in building, installing, maintaining, operating and marketing various types of towers and other support structures, as well as physical spaces and other non-electronic elements for the installation of radiant radiocommunications equipment as well as providing other related services directly or indirectly related to the telecommunications sector. Operadora de Sites Mexicanos leases towers, land and other passive cellular infrastructure as physical spaces in different parts of the tower, such as floor, roofs and rooftops, for the installation of transceiver equipment, as well as its auxiliaries.
