The concept is centred around a coal fired oven, and its menu offers pizza, coal fired chicken wings, homemade meatballs, and a variety of handcrafted sandwiches and salads. The restaurants also feature a deep wine and craft beer selection. BurgerFi's menu also includes wagyu beef blend burgers, antibiotic and cage-free chicken offerings, and frozen custard shakes and concretes.
