Oracle placed furthest for Completeness of Vision within the entire Magic Quadrant for the third year in a row.

Oracle today announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in the Gartner November 2020 'Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises' report for the fifth consecutive year. The report evaluates vendors based on completeness of vision and ability to execute, and over the past three years Oracle maintained its position as the vendor placed furthest for completeness of vision. A complimentary copy of the report is available here.

'We believe our position as a Leader placed furthest for completeness of vision-for the third year in a row-recognizes Oracle Cloud HCM's commitment to both our customers and continued innovation for HR leaders around the world,' said Chris Leone, senior vice president of development, Oracle Cloud HCM. 'This year in particular has been incredibly tough on businesses across every industry. Oracle is proud to be a leader in helping HR navigate the new workplace and define what's next for their organizations.'

According to the report, 'Leaders demonstrate a market-defining vision of how HCM technology can help HR leaders achieve business objectives. Leaders have the ability to execute against that vision through products and services, and have demonstrated solid business results in the form of revenue and earnings. Leaders effectively leverage cutting-edge technologies in impactful ways. In the cloud HCM suite market, Leaders show a consistent ability to win deals. These deals include the foundational elements of admin HR (with a large number of country-specific HR localizations) and high attach rates of TM, WFM and HR service delivery capabilities. They have multiple proof points of successful global and regional implementations by customers with workforces in multiple geographic regions, in a wide variety of vertical industries and sizes of organization (by number of employees). Leaders are often what other providers in the market measure themselves against.'

Part of Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud HCM enables HR professionals to make work more human by improving the entire workplace experience. Oracle provides organizations a complete solution connecting every human resource process from hire to retire-including global HR, talent management, workforce management, and payroll. It's also the most connected solution across the enterprise, with one cloud unifying HCM across finance, supply chain, and customer experience.
