European Private Placement Facility S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in NowCP from Orange S.A., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank S.A., Natixis Corporate & Investment Bank, Amundi SA, and S2iem-Societe D'investissement En Infrastructures Europeenne.

European Private Placement Facility (Eppf) S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in NowCP from Orange S.A. (ENXTPA:ORA), Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank S.A., Natixis Corporate & Investment Bank, Amundi SA (ENXTPA:AMUN), and S2iem-Societe D'investissement En Infrastructures Europeenne on December 17, 2021. Orange will remain as minority shareholders invested in the joint company supporting the expanded platform. NowCP and its team will join eppf family.

Transaction is subject to regulatory approval, and is expected to be completed in Quarter 1, 2022.
