Oregon Bancorp, Inc. announced the retirement of Neil Grossnicklaus effective August 1, 2019. Mr. Grossnicklaus has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank since 2002. Ryan Dempster, President, will become President and Chief Executive Officer upon Mr. Grossnicklaus' retirement.
Mr. Grossnicklaus will remain a Board member of Oregon Bancorp, Inc. and Willamette Valley Bank.
