Oriflame Holding AG Announces Dividend; Elects New Members of the Board

Oriflame Holding AG announced that at the AGM held on May 04, 2018, the AGM resolved that a dividend of €2.60 per share be distributed out of the capital contribution reserve and paid in four instalments as: €1.40 to the shareholders of record on 9 May 2018, €0.40 to the shareholders of record on 15 August 2018, €0.40 to the shareholders of record on 15 November 2018 and €0.40 to the shareholders of record on 15 February 2019. The first instalment of €1.40 per share will have expected payment date 16 May 2018. The last day of trading the share including dividend right is on 7 May 2018 (Ex-Date 8 May).
The AGM also approved that, Anna af Jochnick and Gunilla Rudebjer were elected as new Members of the Board.

The Company's product portfolio includes skin care products, such as day and night creams, lip care, face treatments and serums and sun protectors, as well as facial brushes, sponges and mirrors; color cosmetics, such as lipstick, brushes, nail polish, eye make-up, eye make-up remover and powder; fragrances, including deodorants and perfume; personal and hair care products, such as shampoo, styling products, shower gel and oral care products; accessories, including bags, gloves, hats, sunglasses, watches, rings, necklaces, bracelets and scarves, and wellness products, such as soups, shakes and nutrition products.
