Orion Investment SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the real estate sector. The Company's primary activity concerns the construction of commercial buildings and residential buildings, located mainly in the south of Poland. Orion Investment SA's product portfolio is comprised of housing estates, apartments and warehouses. In addition, the Company provides renting services of its commercial buildings. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's capital group comprised of four wholly owned subsidiaries, INF Orion Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., INF Orion Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. SKA, INF Orion Nieruchomosci Sp. z o.o. and INF Orion Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. BIS SKA.
