Naturebank Announces Resignation of Director

June 3, 2021, Vancouver, British Columbia: NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (the 'Company') (TSX-V: COO, Frankfurt: 9EA) would like to announce the resignation of Mr. James Tansey, PhD, from the Board of Directors of the Company.

'It has been my pleasure to work both at the executive level and as a Board member for NatureBank over the last decade,' commented Mr. Tansey. 'I am greatly encouraged by the opportunities before the company and within the ESG space in general, and I leave knowing the executive and Board are well positioned to exploit these opportunities for the betterment of both the environment and our committed shareholders.'
