Oxford Square Capital Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared monthly common stock distributions of $0.035 per share for the months ending July 31, 2023, August 31, 2023 and September 30, 2023. Record Dates are July 17, 2023, August 17, 2023 and September 15, 2023 respectively and dividends will be paid on July 31, 2023, August 31, 2023 and September 29, 2023 respectively.
