Pace Development Corporation Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Prasert Patradhilok as an Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee

Pace Development Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Prasert Patradhilok has resigned from his position as an Independent Director of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee because of his other increasing mission, resulting in insufficient time to perform the above positions. The resignation will be effective from 15 February 2022 onwards.
