Remark                                   :
Pace Development Corporation Public Company Limited (PACE) has been posted SP 
(Suspension) sign from failure to submit the financial statements of the year
2020 until the financial statements of the year 2021 to the Stock Exchange of
Thailand (SET) within specified periods. Subsequently, on April 27, 2022, PACE
submitted the financial statements of the year 2020 to SET. However, PACE is
still unable to submit the financial statements of the year 2021. Therefore, SET
 still posted SP sign on PACE's securities.
Remark: PACE has not yet submitted the financial reports for the first 6 months 
of 2021.
