SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

RELATING TO THE VOTING RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

HELD ON 19 APRIL 2022

Reference is made to announcement of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited (the "Company") dated 19 April 2022 (the "Announcement") in relation to the voting results of the Company's 2022 annual general meeting (the "AGM"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to supplement that Mr. John Mackay McCulloch Williamson (an Independent Non-executive Director) and Mr. Alexander Howarth Yat Kay Cheung (a Non-executive Director) attended the AGM in person, Mr. Martin Fruergaard (Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director) and Mr. Peter Schulz (Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director) attended the AGM by video conference.
