Padtec Starts Trading on the B3's Novo Mercado

Campinas, SP, May 05, 2021 - PADTEC HOLDING S.A. (B3: PDTC3) ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions set forth in the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") Rule No. 358/2002, as amended, informs that it has entered into a Participation Agreement in the Novo Mercado with B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3"), the Brazilian stock exchange.

Accordingly, as of the trading session of May 10, 2021, the Company's common shares, whose ticker symbol is PDTC3, will be traded on B3 in the special corporate governance segment called Novo Mercado.

The Company's adhesion to B3's Novo Mercado demonstrates its commitment to the best corporate governance practices and even more transparent, equitable management attentive to the demands of its stakeholders.
