Pan Pacific Hotels Group wins 15 awards at TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Hotel Awards 2017

Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL properties in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the Philippines make it to Top Hotels, Best Service, and Luxury lists

Singapore, 2 February 2017 - Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) is delighted to announce that eight of its Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL properties have been ranked among the top hotels in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the Philippines at this year's TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Hotels awards, reflecting the recognition and brand loyalty that the brands are gaining worldwide.

Now in its 15th year, the annual awards recognise the world's top properties based on millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from travellers around the globe; with Travellers' Choice winners bearing the hallmarks of remarkable service, quality and value.

The Forbes' Recommended Pan Pacific Singapore and its sister property Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, both made the lists for Top 25 Hotels, Top Luxury Hotels and Best Hotels for Service in Singapore.

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Singapore, which was named Best Serviced Residence by Business Traveller Asia Pacific in 2016, is also on TripAdvisor's Top 25 Hotels and Top Luxury Hotels in Singapore this year, while the three-year-old Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore has been named one of the Best Hotels for Service in the city.

Elsewhere around the world, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, which Conde Nast Traveler readers voted as the #1 Resort in Canada in 2016, has received a vote of confidence by TripAdvisor users as one of the best Hotels for Families in Canada, while Pan Pacific Manila was named one of the Top Luxury Hotels in the Philippines.

PARKROYAL on Pickering, a PARKROYAL Collection hotel, has nabbed a spot on the lists for Top 25 Hotels and Top Luxury Hotels in Singapore, while PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur has retained its position as one of Malaysia's Top 25 Hotels.
