Pan Pacific International Holdings Corporation (TSE:7532) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 38,054,300 shares, representing 6% of its issued share capital for ¥80,941.5 million. The shares will be repurchased from FamilyMart Co., Ltd. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,127 per share.

The program is valid till September 7, 2021. As of June 30, 2021, the company had 634,239,440 shares issued of which 18,924 shares are in treasury.
