Panabyte Technologies Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 10.8 million in funding from APAC Consultants Private Limited

Panabyte Technologies Limited announced a private placement of 2,400,000 warrants at a price of INR 4.5 per warrant for the gross proceeds of INR 10,800,000 on February 9, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investors, APAC Consultants Private Limited for 1,000,000 warrants, HBPA Tradex Pnvate Limited for 1,000,000 warrants, individual investors, Narayan Das Mundhra for 200,000 warrants, Sabita Mundhra for 200,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.

The warrants will be convertible into common shares of the company at an exercise price of INR 13.5 per share.
