It is hereby communicated that the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A. - called for 28 April 2017 with single call - has been published today on the website of the Company, www.panariagroup.it, as well as within the authorized storage device 1Info at the address www.1info.it and within the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in addition to being published in the daily newspaper "Gazzetta Ufficiale" on 18 March 2017.
The illustrative report of the directors has been made available to the public through publication on the website of the company, www.panariagroup.it, as well as within the authorized storage device 1Info at the address www.1info.it and through archiving at the head office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in accordance with Articles 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and 84- ter of the regulation adopted with Consob resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999.
