(Stock Code: 2078) (1) APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AND (2) APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (1) Appointment of Executive Director

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of PanAsialum Holdings Company
Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Xing Hui Min (邢惠民) ("Mr. Xing") as executive Director with
effect from 3 July 2014.
Mr. Xing, aged 43, has been the vice general manager of the production department of
PanAsia Aluminium (China) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, since May
2011. He is and will continue to be responsible for the production management of the Group's products. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Xing was the factory head of Foxconn Consumer & Computer Products Business Group Painting Factory for over 19 years since September 1992. Mr. Xing also worked as the quality control engineer of Hubei Shishou Auto Parts Factory from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Xing graduated from the Fifth Technical School of Hubei Jinzhou in 1990.
Mr. Xing has entered into a service contract with the Company for a term of one year, and is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the general meetings of the Company in accordance with the articles of association of the Company. Mr. Xing will receive emolument of Renminbi 600,000 per annum which is determined by the Board with reference to his experience, duties and responsibilities in the Company as well as the current market rate.
Mr. Xing has no relationship with any Directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of the Company. As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Xing does not have any interest (within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance ("SFO") (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) in the securities of the Company. Mr. Xing has not been a director of any listed companies in the past three years.

Mr. Xing has not been involved in any of the events under Rule 13.51(2)(h) to (v) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") (the "Listing Rules") and there are no other matters in relation to the appointment of Mr. Xing as an executive Director that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.

(2) Appointment of Deputy Chief Executive Officer

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Ng Bonnie Po Ling ("Ms. Ng") has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer ("Deputy CEO") of the Group with effect from
3 July 2014.
Ms. Ng, aged 40, has been an executive Director since 1 October 2013 and also an alternate Director to Mr. Marcus Pan since 25 June 2014. Ms. Ng joined the Group in 2006 and was the chief financial officer from 2006 to May 2014. She was the company secretary of the Company from the listing date of the Company's shares being listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange to 1 March 2013. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Ng worked as an audit manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from March 2006 to August 2006 and as an audit manager at RSM Nelson Wheeler from 2004 to 2006. Ms. Ng worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers for approximately six years since 1998 and served as its audit manager from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Ng obtained her bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1997. Ms. Ng is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accountant and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Ng has no relationship with any directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of the Company. As at the date of this announcement, Ms. Ng does not have any interest (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) in the securities of the Company. Other than as a director of the Company, Ms. Ng has not been a director of any other listed companies in the past three years.
There is no service agreement between Ms. Ng and the Company with respect to her appointment as Deputy CEO. In addition, no terms have been fixed or proposed for Ms. Ng's length of service as Deputy CEO and she will not receive any remuneration in her capacity as Deputy CEO.
There is no other information that needs to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of Rule
13.51(2) of the Listing Rules in relation to the appointment of Ms. Ng as Deputy CEO, and there is no other matter relating to the appointment that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.
The Board would like to congratulate Ms. Ng on her new appointment as the Deputy CEO.
