On May 27, 2021, Pangang Group Chongqing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The registered capital of the company has increased from CNY 337,207,488 to CNY 637,207,488. After the completion of the transaction, the investor's stake has increased from 55.52% to 76.46%.
