Pierer Industrie AG (FN 290677t) had previously announced that it was directly holding 318,150 shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG; this corresponded to a direct participation in the share capital and the voting rights of Pankl Racing Systems AG of approximately 10.10%. Pierer Industrie AG is controlled by Pierer Konzerngesellschaft mbH. Pierer Konzerngesellschaft GmbH is controlled by Mr. Stefan Pierer.
DI Stefan Pierer has informed Pankl Racing Systems AG, that on 31 March 2016 Pierer Industrie AG (a company controlled by him through Pierer Konzerngesellschaft mbH) has sold its shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG; therefore, on 31 March 2016 its direct participation in Pankl Racing Systems AG has fallen below the thresholds of 10%, 5% und 4% and currently amounts to 0.
Through its subsidiary CROSS Industries AG, Pierer Industrie AG continues to hold a participation of 65.95% in the share capital and voting rights of Pankl Racing Systems AG (2,077,500 shares).
