Parkson Retail Asia Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company and together with its subsidiaries is a Southeast Asian department store retailer with a network of approximately 39 department stores across cities in Malaysia and Vietnam. The Company provides food and beverage outlets to complement its department store operations. The Company operates through two segments: operation and management of retail stores and food and beverage. The Company’s geographical segments include Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia. It has launched its private label brands as well as agency apparel lines of international brands. Its subsidiaries include Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd, Centro Retail Pte Ltd, PT Tozy Sentosa, Parkson Myanmar Co Pte Ltd and Parkson Yangon Co Ltd.
