Parque Arauco S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was CLP 64,350.06 million compared to CLP 58,231.61 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 25,674.92 million compared to CLP 7,134.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 28.35 compared to CLP 7.88 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 28.35 compared to CLP 7.88 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was CLP 183,078.38 million compared to CLP 161,963.07 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 55,608.35 million compared to CLP 59,529.91 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 61.4 compared to CLP 65.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 61.4 compared to CLP 65.73 a year ago.
Parque Arauco SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the real estate industry. The Company focuses on the acquisition, development and management of multi-format real estate assets, mainly for commercial use. The Company owns and operates various formats of shopping centers, such as regional, neighborhood, outlet malls and strip centers.
