Partners Bank of California has said that it has appointed Chris Walsh as its president and chief executive officer. Walsh, who has over 30 years of banking leadership and business development experience, originally joined the Partners Bank team in June 2018 and has served as president since then. He currently assumes the role of president and CEO.

Walsh succeeds Rick Mandelbaum who had previously served as CEO until announcing his retirement from Partners Bank recently. His experience includes tenures with Sunwest Bank, Vineyard Bank, Commercial Capital Bank, California Bank and Trust, U.S. Trust Company of America and Bank of California.
